- Communicating employee progress to direct supervisors
- Managing the schedules of employee participation during the onboarding phase
- Spearhead one-on-one training sessions with new staff and workers
- Designing tests to measure employees' knowledge of organizational standards
- Evaluating feedback from staff & workers members about the efficiency of training procedures

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
