**Your future duties and responsibilities**

**Job Description**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge on Application Monitoring using Dynatrace, Grafana
- Able to manage incidents, escalate on time.
- Able to drive Critical calls with client.
- Must work in rotational shifts, 24X7
- Must have knowledge on Problem management.
- Must have excellent communication Skills.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**

Mandatory Skills:

- Member should have hands on APM tools(Appdynamics or Dynatrace or Grafana) and must have good communication skills to handle client calls

Behavioral Competencies:

- Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
- Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
- Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
- Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
- Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
