Recruit, train, and supervise hospital staff, including medical, administrative, and support personnel.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Financial Management**:
Prepare and manage the hospital’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.

Monitor revenue streams and expenses, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.

Oversee billing and coding operations to ensure accurate and timely processing.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
Ensure the hospital complies with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.

Develop and oversee quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care.

Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential liabilities.

**Patient Care**:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services.

Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.

Promote patient-centered care and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Strategic Planning**:
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to develop and execute the hospital’s strategic plan.

Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement strategies to achieve hospital goals.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the hospital competitive.

**Community Relations**:
Act as a liaison between the hospital and the community, promoting positive relationships and partnerships.

Represent the hospital at community events, meetings, and other public engagements.

Develop and implement community outreach programs to enhance the hospital’s visibility and reputation.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or administration.

Strong understanding of hospital operations, financial management, and healthcare regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using healthcare management software and other relevant technologies.

**Work Environment**:
This position is based in a hospital setting and may require occasional evening and weekend work.

The role involves interaction with medical staff, patients, and external agencies, requiring excellent professional conduct.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
