Mrd Assistant

Urgently Required MRD Assistant at Sainath Hospital, Moshi.
- Getting patient files, arranging files in sequence and page numbering of files.
- Assisting MRD Incharge in day to day MRD departmental operational activities.
- Recording, follow up for discharged patient files, Sending files back to wards after deficiency checking and receiving complete files.
- Maintain quality and accurate medical records by following hospital procedures. Efficient Storage of files & easy retrieval making files available or photocopies of medical records on instructions of MRD in-charge
- Maintaining daily records / copies of Medical record certificates issued.
- Keeping medical record storage area secure and safe for storage.
- Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills
- Scanning and maintaining digital record of patient records Accurately.
- Cordial coordination with respective staff and doctors in accordance with RMD file completeness.
- Any Graduate with 1 / 2 years of relevant experience from hospital industry
- Should be computer savy with good communication skills to handle patient /Patient relative queries.
- Should have understanding of Medical terminology
