- As the TM/LINE INCHARGE- Engine Plant you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head -Engine Plant
- To manage the production of Machine shop through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient and seamless operations and achieve production targets in line with defined cost, quality and timeline standards.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- 1.Achieve production Targets and defect free new model- 2.Quality Management- 3.Cost optimization to improve profitability and focus on product quality improvement- 4.Ensure zero injury and safe working environment- 5.Employee engagement Improvement by fostering teamwork, competency development and skill enhancement**A Day in the life**
- To manage the production of Machine shop through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient and seamless operations and achieve production targets in line with defined cost, quality and timeline standards.**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Mechanical diploma / degree in engineering field.**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
Process knowledge of IC engines- Knowledge about Problem solving skill
- Knowledge about pressing and tighetung skills
- Line balancing skills
**Behavioural Skills**
- Basic Knowledge of computers (MS office)- Good Interpersonal skill
- Understands IR
- Must be able to communicate to shift operators. Also focus on team work.
- Creative and result oriented.
