Periodic Reporting and analysis
Preparing Monthly reporting with analysis of variances for Mgt report, Budget preparation in details, Product cost analysis, Std Cost release in SAP, MIS, Capex & Inventory analysis, B2B Business sourcing cases & analysis, Forecat preparation monthly, Qly & Yearly.
Economic Evaluation
Providing assistance in Analyzing and evaluating the proposal for new products and projects, and impact of process change on product cost and capacity.
Business Plan (LRP)
Compiling, Consolidating & Preparing site business plan with due analysis.
Preparing of standard Cost along with trend analysis.
Monitoring the progress of business plan execution, Std Cost Calculations for budgeted & any New SKU’s
Coordination
Support site controlling in monitoring CAPEX / OPEX by required tracking of budgets & analysis of AEDs to ensure compliance of Group financial policy.
Providing support and guidance to other cross-functional teams.
Other
Preparing and submitting data for cost audit & Balance Sheet
Carrying out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Dept. Head to meet with the organizational objectives and priorities.
Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly reporting other hazardous situations. business benefit realization
Inventory follow up and reporting to be in line with targets including mitigation actions with Supply chain
Ensure Inventory depreciation, write-off of inventory, destruction approval workflows are in line with local and group guidelines.
Inventory stock take, capitalization of variances, mathching with Trial balance.
Evaluating & advising the management team on strategic investment options like Product transfers, new products make or buy decision etc. and the impact of business changes.
Payback calculation on investment made by company & to present timely on return on the same.
