As a Creative Designer specializing in UI design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create captivating and engaging designs for social media campaigns, web and app interfaces, and CRM systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for social media campaigns, website and app interfaces, and CRM systems.
- Develop creative concepts, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
- Translate brand guidelines and design principles into cohesive and consistent visual assets.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our designs.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to optimize performance and user experience.
- Ensure all designs align with accessibility standards, usability principles, and platform requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, Canva etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects, including social media creatives, website/app interfaces, and CRM UI.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments is a plus.
- Out of the box thinker.

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
