**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**: Create engaging video content tailored for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- **Pre-Production**: Plan video shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, and scheduling.
- **Filming**: Handle video shoots using professional equipment, ensuring high-quality footage.
- **Post-Production**: Edit video content, add effects, music, and captions using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- **Social Media Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with social media strategy and branding.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video production and social media.
- **Content Innovation**: Regularly brainstorm and develop new video ideas to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s voice, style, and objectives.
- **Timely Delivery**: Ensure videos are created, edited, and uploaded within set deadlines.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, preferably for social media.
- Expertise in video production, including shooting, lighting, and sound.
- Proficient in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking with an eye for visual storytelling and detail.
- Knowledge of video marketing strategies and trends.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in video production or content creation for social media.
- Hands-on experience with professional video equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing video projects, especially for social media campaigns.

**Equipment Requirements**:

- Professional-grade video camera (e.g., DSLR, Mirrorless, or similar).
- Tripods, lighting kits, and microphones for high-quality audio and visuals.
- Video editing software licenses (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Backup storage for footage (e.g., external hard drives or cloud storage).
