**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at Click Room, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within both the domestic and international travel sectors. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the travel industry, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients while delivering tailored solutions to meet their individual needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within both domestic and international travel markets, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through strategic networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' travel preferences, budgetary constraints, and objectives, whether they are looking for a weekend getaway or planning a multi-country adventure.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our services and value proposition, effectively addressing clients' pain points and offering tailored solutions for both domestic and international travel.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team and management, ensuring competitive offerings for both domestic and international travel packages.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Operations and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client solutions, whether they are traveling within the country or abroad.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats in both domestic and international travel markets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 4years of experience in the travel industry or a related field, including experience in both domestic and international markets.
- Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics, including emerging trends, key players, and market drivers, both domestically and internationally.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in both domestic and international contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
