**Position Title**: Purchase Executive

**Department**: Interior and Fit-Out

**Experience**: 3-5years

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Summary**: The Purchase Executive for Interior and Fit-Out will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and services required for interior design and fit-out projects. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to meet project specifications and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for interior and fit-out materials.
- Obtain and review quotations to determine the best combination of quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous deals.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials.
- Coordinate with the project and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and anticipate future needs.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all materials procured meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high standards.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery, or customs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design, project management, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and long-term partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Familiarity with local and international suppliers.
- Experience with inventory management systems.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Interior purchase: 3 years (preferred)
