Temp Driver

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Driving Duties: Safely operate the tempo to transport goods to various destinations as per the schedule.
- Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, considering traffic and road conditions.
- Loading/Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring they are handled carefully to avoid damage.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition; report any issues to management promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any other required documentation.
- Compliance: Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies related to driving and vehicle operation.
- Customer Service: Interact politely with customers during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a tempo driver or in a similar role.
- License: Valid Commercial Driving License (LMV) with a clean driving record.
- Education: No formal education required, but literacy in local language is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of city routes and navigation.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to handle goods carefully and responsibly.
- Strong time management and punctuality.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
