Job Description - Center Coordinator

Iris florets pre-school is looking for a Center Coordinator responsible for the management and overseeing various aspects of the school's operations and ensuring that they run smoothly with utmost safety.

**Roles & responsibilities include: -**
- **Admissions and Retention**: o The primary responsibility involves providing effective counseling to secure successful admissions and retention of students in school.
- **Parent and community outreach**: o Work with parents and community members to build relationships and promote the school's programs and initiatives. Additionally Organize events and activities that involve the school and the broader community.
- **Administrative duties**: o Perform various administrative duties, such as managing staff schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the school's facilities. o Implementing policies, procedures that align to the school policies and best practices in early childhood education. o Managing and recording financial operations of the center. o Work closely with staff and directors in implementing programs. o Supervising support staff work. o Creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and positive environment for children, families, and staff.
- **Communication**:

- Communicating with parents and guardians to keep them informed about the center's activities and their child's progress. o Regular updates and reporting to management on the school performance.

Overall, the preschool center coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that the center provides high-quality education and care to young children and their families, while also managing the center effectively and efficiently with safety as top priority.

**Job Requirements**:

- Any bachelor’s degree
- Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad, Telangana
- Excellent Communication Skills

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
- Minimum 1 year of coordinator experience

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
