Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling: Scheduling staff and delegating tasks
- Hiring: Hiring, training, and managing staff
- Quality control: Ensuring quality and service standards, and maintaining food and drink preparation, display, and delivery
- Customer service: Providing friendly customer service, and ensuring customers are satisfied
- Budgeting: Meeting quarterly budgets and quotas, and reducing operational costs
- Relationships: Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Inventory management: Ordering food, alcohol, and cleaning supplies, and restocking stock
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
