**Job Designation: Dosa / Parotta Master**

**Job Location: Kovilpalayam, Pollachi, Coimbatore.**

**Experience: 4- 5 years.**

**Work Timings : Morning / Evening Shift**

Food Preparation: Prepare dosa and paratha batter and fillings according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the quality and consistency of dosa and paratha ingredients, including the dough, fillings, and spices.

Cooking: Expertly spread dosa batter on a hot griddle to create thin, crispy dosas.
Cook parathas on a griddle or tawa to achieve the desired level of crispiness and flavor.
Ensure that dosas and parathas are cooked to perfection, with even browning and optimal texture.

Filling and Toppings: Accurately prepare and assemble various dosa and paratha fillings, such as potato masala, paneer, and vegetables.
Garnish dosas and parathas with appropriate toppings and seasonings.

Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working condition.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the chef or management to create new dosa and paratha recipes and specials.

Customer Service: Communicate with customers to understand their preferences and special requests.
Address customer inquiries and provide information about the dosa and paratha offerings.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of dosa and paratha ingredients and report to the management for restocking.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and ensure the smooth flow of food orders in a timely manner.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in dosa and paratha preparation techniques.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
