Marcom Executive Job Description
Overview:
As a Marcom Executive, you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing marketing communication strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across various channels. Your role is critical in shaping our brand image and engaging our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**:
Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

**Market Research**:
Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights.
Use data to inform marketing decisions.

**Event Coordination**:
Assist in organizing events, webinars, and conferences.
Handle logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.

**Collateral Development**:
Work with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align communication efforts.
Support other departments with communication needs.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Detail-oriented and creative mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
