Coating Operator

Coordinating with the PPC department to estimate the coating needs and to procure the raw materials according to the demands
- Getting the knowledge of formulations and design the procedure in order to retain the quality of solution and to minimize the cycle time
- Studying the formulation process, getting to know of the ratios for different coating material and creating an internal resource for reference
- Studying the 5S working methodologies, adapting it in working stations and training of manpower on the suitable 5 S practices
- Learning about the machine operations, following machine maintenance procedures and to follow the maintenance schedule in order to maintain the quality of product
- Regularly inspects machine for performance and perform basic preventative maintenance, such as lubricating and cleaning machine
- Record correct operational information reports including production, time, batch number etc.
- Follow the suit
- Followed company policies and safest requirements to maintain work safety and audit requirements

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
