Quality Control Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Quality Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for toy manufacturing.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality standards.

2. Testing and Inspection:

- Perform various tests on products to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product quality.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-works and waste, and inputting data into the quality database.

3. Problem-Solving:

- Identify quality issues and recommend solutions to address them.
- Work with the production team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain detailed records of testing and inspection activities.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with internal and external requirements.

5. Training and Development:

- Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

6. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure quality is built into the product design.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.

**Skills Required**:

- Product Lifecycle Management(PLM)

- Product Strategy
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards specific to the toy industry (e.g., EN71, ASTM F963).
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and machines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
