*Responsibilities:*
1. Manage and maintain the company's technological infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
2. Ensure the security of the company's network and data by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.
3. Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
4. Install and configure new hardware and software as needed, including servers, computers, and peripherals.
5. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
6. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and secure operation of the company's IT systems.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
8. Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure the company's systems and data are protected in the event of a disaster.
9. Manage IT projects from conception to completion, including planning, implementation, and documentation.
10. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and requirements.
*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven 2 years of experience working in an IT support role or similar position.
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks, including hardware, software, and security.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
8. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
