**Probation Period**: 2 months

**Salary Range**: 25,000 to 35,000 INR per month + Incentives

As a Marketing Psychologist for the ARULA for Autism project, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our initiative. You will be responsible for engaging with potential leads, converting them into paid registrations for Initial Patient Assessments, and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless experience. Also, you'll be required to use your psychology acumen to study consumer behaviour and strategise effective sales & marketing strategies for the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Conduct daily outreach calls to a **minimum of 100 leads**, utilizing various communication channels to identify potential prospects.
- **Lead Conversion**: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to leads, converting them into successful paid registrations for Initial Patient Assessments.
- **Follow-up**: Implement a strategic follow-up process to nurture leads and address any queries or concerns they may have, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Clinical Knowledge**: Demonstrate a sound understanding of key clinical concepts related to autism diagnosis and treatment, effectively explaining these concepts to leads as needed.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in **continuous on-site training** sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Clinical psychology/Neuropsychology, etc.
- **Minimum experience of past 1 Year in the industry.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,** with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior knowledge or experience in autism spectrum disorders (ASD) is a plus.
