Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Manage on-site construction activities and coordinate with project coordinator as well supervisor on site

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Monitor progress and maintain project schedules

Conduct regular quality inspections of work in progress and completed work on site

Manage supervisor and customers to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and services

Prepare project status reports and communicate with project stakeholders

Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Proficiency in using project management tools

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
