Bengaluru, India Kido Enterprises Pvt Ltd (Kreedo) Full time

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create appropriate teaching and learning strategies for children based on educational theories.

2. Provide instructional strategies and various tools to aid the instructional process and ensuring successful curriculum implementation in Kreedo-powered schools.

3. Create plans to foster holistic learning and child development, actively engaging with parents and the community.

4. Create and document scope for educational aids like books, online games, learning toys and games.

5. Assist in the development and revision of curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and educational resources.

6. Collaborate with senior curriculum developers to align content with educational standards and learning objectives.

7. Assess, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the curriculum in meeting children's needs8. Create and conduct studies and surveys for effective implementation of the curriculum.

9. Participate in the development and finalization of instructional materials.

10. Mentor the trainers.

11. Collaborate closely with writers, graphics designers, Senior Curriculum Specialist and others for completion of the project within the given timeline

**Requirements**:
1. Working knowledge of primary education curriculum frameworks, instruction strategies and curriculum development.

2. 1 to 3 years of experience planning and implementing primary curriculum

3. Degree in Education.

4. Independent and self-driven team player.
