**We are looking Customer Service Executive for a Technical Relationship Manager**:
Qualification - ITI Diploma/ Automobile engineer/ Graduate (Good with automobile technical knowledge )

JD for process:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing information about our products and services.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns or complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding work to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of service appointments and communicate updates or changes to customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and follow-up communications using our CRM system.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or automotive technology preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially when dealing with difficult or irate customers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate customer needs and service schedules.
- Passion for automobiles and a genuine desire to help customers with their automotive needs.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and always representing the company in a professional and positive manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
