**Job Description**:
The Social Media Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing the university's online presence and engaging with the target audience through various social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, content creation, community management, and monitoring online conversations. The goal is to effectively promote the university's brand, programs, events, and initiatives to a diverse audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the university's marketing objectives.

2. Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure regular posting and engagement with followers.

3. Create engaging and shareable content, including posts, videos, graphics, and infographics, to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.

4. Monitor social media trends, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to optimize content and campaign performance.

5. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering a positive online community.

6. Collaborate with different university departments to promote events, admissions, academic achievements, and student stories effectively.

7. Keep up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends to enhance the university's social media presence.

8. Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling visual content.

9. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with university guidelines across all social media channels.

10. Implement paid social media campaigns to reach a wider audience and achieve marketing objectives.

11. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns.

12. Conduct social media training sessions for faculty, staff, and students to encourage active participation in the university's online presence.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or institutions, preferably in the education sector.

3. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

4. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

6. Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

8. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools will be an added advantage.

9. Passion for education and a genuine interest in promoting the university's values and achievements.

The Social Media Executive will be an integral part of the university's marketing team, contributing to its growth and reputation by effectively leveraging the power of social media. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and showcase creativity in reaching out to a diverse and engaged audience.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
