Responsibilities:
- Supervising staff members’ activities.
- Managing and recruiting new staff members for the kitchen.
- Managing and keeping payroll and time records.
- Ensuring hygiene standards.
- Interacting with customers for suggestions and feedback on food quality prepared by them.
- Add new items in menus that satisfy quality standards.
- Managing estimation about the food requirements and other costs.
- Ensuring preparation process of food that must be in a consistent manner.
- Experience: 2-4 years
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
