**Job description**

Detailed activities are as given below: He is responsible for capturing customers' demand and completion of all demanded repairs up to the customer s satisfaction.
- Degree in Automobile /Mechanical Engineering.
- Prefer up to 5 years of experience in an automobile dealership.

**Detailed activities are as given below**:

- Service Vehicle receiving and delivery
- Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of vehicles through clear identification of customer's needs and accurate demanded repair understanding by using the probing sheet.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness through the use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats, etc.).
- Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
- Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times.
- Ensure clear and precise service invoices that show parts, labor, and lubricant charges.
- Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised delivery time.
- Conduct Post-Service Follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customer s satisfaction Capturing of Sales and Evaluation inquiry
- Responsible for Used Car Sales & Sourcing
- Bring in ideas and events for better inflow of vehicles for Sales, Service, Carwash and present the same with the respective manager and conduct one such event monthly.
- Make sure the reporting team brings in ideas, analyses the best idea to increase the total productivity of the outlet, presents the same to the reporting manager, and makes sure such events are done on a weekly/ monthly basis.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
