**We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet visitors and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.**:

- **Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.**:

- **Answer and screen incoming phone calls, transferring them to the relevant staff member as needed.**:

- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date visitor and employee logs, following established security protocols.**:

- **Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.**:

- **Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.**:

- **Handling the escalation calls and convey same to concern department.**:

- **Maintain the Holiday calendar to greet our distributors.**:

- **Maintain confidentiality of all company information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.**

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or similar role in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **A working knowledge of factory safety procedures is a plus.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
