**Job Summary**

Associate Vice President of Delivery & Operations will Plan, direct, Coordinate and oversee activities in the organization ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective system to meet customer satisfaction aligned with future goals of organization. He will also be responsible to automate and simply internal processes as much as possible. He will be responsible to meet customer requirements in terms of timeline and quality.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Implementation of software Automation to exceed customer quality and timely delivery expectations.
- Implementation of strict quality control system without hampering delivery timelines.
- Recruit, interview and hire all level of staff in organization.
- Build organization with right type of people
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organizations
- Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organizations goals and objectives
- Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution
- Establishes and administers the departments budget.
- Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects
- Work with software team to develop software as per organization needs

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of quality systems like ISO9001
- Extensive knowledge of ERP and other Automation systems
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowhow of no code / low code tools

**Qualification and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar field
- Management degree in Operations, Supply Chain or Automation
- 10+ years of practical experience in Electronics or similar large industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
