Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Management
- Coordination with Dealers and Service Teams for Parts order In-Flow.
- Follow up with Customers for payments in time.
- Collaborate more closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams for spare related

queries to rapidly share information e.g. Availability, Pricing etc.
- Minimize order loss, monitor pending order qty and ensure on time order processing by

coordinating with respective functions
- Achieving satisfactory service level of dealer orders and reducing overall TAT
- Achieving the sales targets & enhance spares penetration level
- Handling and settlement of Claims in time bound manner
- Preparing MIS Reports useful for Sales, Inventory etc.
- Maintaining good relations with key customer etc. and visit regularly to identify

opportunities of business growth and handling concerns.

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

- Experience in WH management (3PL management, Order Management, Inventory

management) and Customer Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS office
- excel & power point is must
- Experience in working cross functionally to deliver results
- Good working knowledge of SAP / any ERP system

Desirable Skill:

- Adaptable and self-driven individuals with high energy and enthusiasm
- Good understanding to spares pricing and profitability
- Advanced problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, strong work ethic and able to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
