**Responsibilities**:

- Actively sell SAAS solutions to potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Create and optimize sales funnels to streamline the sales process and maximize conversion rates.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in selling SAAS solutions or related IT products/services.
- Experience in creating and optimizing sales funnels to drive conversions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conduct cold calls, and close sales deals.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the IT industry is must.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
