**Job Title: Associate Architect**

**Location**: Studio TreeSpace, Goa

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and building codes.
- Assist in project management tasks, such as budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and graphic presentation software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong design sensibility and creativity, with a portfolio demonstrating design excellence.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
