**Job Brief: Science Lead Teacher - Primary & Middle School**

**Location**: Chandigarh

**Full-time Schedule**: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

**Qualifications**:

- M.Sc. / B.Engg / B.Tech
- B.Ed / M.Ed is preferred
- 3+ years Teaching Experience
- Prior STEM / Experiential Learning experience is preferred
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills; ability to present complex information in clear and engaging ways.
- Excellent Academic Record
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT, and other basic software tools

**Responsibilities**:As a Science Lead Teacher, your primary responsibilities include:

- **Innovative Instruction**: Use a variety of instructional strategies that integrate math and science with engineering, art, and technology innovation.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design hands-on learning-based lessons that help students understand the ways in which engineers work to design products that meet customer needs.
- **Critical Thinking**: Provide students with information and activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills, encouraging them to become lifelong learners.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials, and maintain classrooms, labs, and facilities conducive to learning.
- **Professional Development**: Keep current with trends and best practices in education, continuously improving your teaching methods.

**Roles**:In your role as Science Lead Teacher, you will:

- Prepare and maintain daily lesson plans and objectives for each class.
- Provide direct instruction to students and monitor their progress.
- Train and support Assistant teachers.
- Communicate with students, parents, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Offer guidance and support to students as needed.
- Provide constructive feedback on student performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
