**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute buy and sell orders for equities, futures, and options on behalf of clients or the firm.
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and individual stock performance to inform trading strategies.
- Develop and implement trading strategies using derivatives to hedge risks and enhance portfolio performance.
- Monitor and manage risk exposure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with research analysts to provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market developments, news, and trends affecting equity and derivatives markets.
- Prepare and present trading performance reports and market analyses to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certification (CFA, CMT) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in equity trading, with a focus on derivatives (futures and options).
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and risk management techniques.
- Proficient in quantitative analysis and familiar with trading software and tools.
- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
