**Job Description**:
Shri Paras Marble Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Female **Process Coordinator to join our team in Ranchi. As a key player in the marble industry, we are dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in our production processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the production process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
- Planning and scheduling production activities to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to production targets.
- Monitoring production progress and identifying potential bottlenecks or issues that may affect workflow.
- Collaborating with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of production plans.
- Conducting regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identifying any maintenance needs.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality products.
- Training and supervising production staff to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Analyzing production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing process optimization initiatives.
- Communicating effectively with management and stakeholders to provide updates on production status, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English is required, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of production management software and tools is an advantage.
- Must be based in Ranchi or willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
