- **Sales Support**:

- Provide pricing information and assist in closing sales via phone.
- Assist the sales team by generating leads through telephonic interaction.

- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in products or services to convert them into sales.
- Keep records of customer interactions, leads, and sales conversions.

- Maintain an organized database of customer leads and contact information.
- Track call outcomes and provide reports on lead conversions and sales targets.

- Provide customers with detailed and accurate product descriptions, usage information, and benefits.

- Collaborate with the sales, installation, and technical support teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.
- Work with inventory management to ensure accurate information about product availability.
