Catalog Executive

Description:
As a Catalog Executive, your primary responsibility is to manage the creation, organization, and maintenance of product catalogs for a company. You will collaborate with various departments such as marketing, sales, and product management to ensure accurate and up-to-date representation of products or services in catalogs. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Catalog Creation: Develop product catalogs in various formats (print, digital, online) based on the company's requirements and target audience. This includes selecting appropriate products, writing compelling product descriptions, and arranging items in a visually appealing manner.
- Content Management: Regularly update and maintain product information, pricing, and specifications in catalogs to reflect changes in inventory, promotions, or company branding. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all catalog platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, design, and product management to gather necessary information and feedback for catalog updates. Coordinate with suppliers or vendors as needed to obtain product details and images.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of catalog content to identify and correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency in messaging.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to make informed decisions about product selection, positioning, and presentation in catalogs.
- Catalog Distribution: Manage the distribution of catalogs through appropriate channels, including physical mailings, digital downloads, and online platforms. Monitor catalog performance metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and feedback to optimize future editions.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage catalog management software, content management systems, and design tools to streamline catalog creation processes and enhance presentation quality.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries and provide assistance to customers regarding product information, availability, and ordering processes referenced in catalogs. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
