Manufacturing Chemist

We are looking for Production Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day operations of Production of Jaggery.
To plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control all the functions of the production Line.
To ensure that all the process department functioning properly and effectively in order to achieve the organizational objectives.
- To plan the required amount of raw materials for the production.
- Long/short term planning for labor and maximization of machine capacity
- Cost of production: Planing
- To meet material usage, manpower usage, inventory costs, personnel costs and overhead budgets.
- Manufacturing Chemist has responsibility to define and instruct factory workers and supervisors about production process to ensure that the manufacturing procedure should comply with required standards, and quality, efficacy and sustainability of product could be maintained. (Testing of sugar cane quality, raw juice, syrup and sucrose, lab activities etc)
- Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine their composition.
- Oversee the commitment to defined product quality, safety and environmental standards. - Provide to factory management a daily summary of factory performance based on lab analysis. - Manage all Laboratory functions, including both equipment and personnel.
- Coordinate resources towards company goals and objectives of Safety, Quality, Business Ethics, and Costs.
- Ensure compliance with standardized laboratory methods, procedures and equipment in accordance with company policies.
- Discuss plant evaluation with plant management; make appropriate recommendations and set timetable for improvement and corrections.
- Industrial relations: - To maintain peace and good industrial relations for uninterrupted production.
Documentation as per industry standards, - Strong analytical chemistry and math aptitude, including statistical skills. - Leadership, organizational, training, and presentation skills
- Experience in working with 3rd party audit companies a plus
- Ability to be self-driven
