- **Responsibilities**:_

Plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate online lessons for pre-primary children, following the curriculum guidelines and learning objectives.

Utilize online platforms and tools to create interactive and engaging learning experiences, incorporating a variety of teaching methods, such as storytelling, songs, and games.

Facilitate virtual classroom sessions, ensuring active participation and encouraging student interaction and collaboration.

Assess students' learning progress and provide timely feedback to parents or guardians on their child's development and areas for improvement.

Create and maintain a positive and inclusive online learning environment, fostering a sense of community and supporting the social-emotional well-being of students.

Adapt teaching strategies and materials to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of individual students.

Establish clear and consistent communication channels with parents or guardians, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.

Stay updated with current trends, methodologies, and best practices in early childhood education and online teaching.

Ensure the safety and security of students during online sessions, following the institution's policies and guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.

Proven experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher, preferably with online teaching experience.

Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms, tools, and interactive resources for young learners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with young children and their parents or guardians.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive online lessons.

Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, assessments, and student records effectively.

Technological proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to online teaching platforms.

Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate the challenges of online teaching.
