**Responsibilities**:
1. **Infrastructure Management**:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and services.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations as needed.

2. **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team's effectiveness.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills.

3. **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain IT support procedures and documentation for internal use.
- Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and services when necessary.

4. **Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific requirements.

5. **Project Management**:

- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify IT requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

6. **Vendor Management**:

- Evaluate and select vendors for IT products and services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
- Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends to make informed decisions about vendor partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role.
