**1) Job Purpose**

Ensuring timely Capex planning and completion, Executing GL with AP and maintaining proper GL balances, ensure timely Bill Passing - Supply, Stores Inventory. Prepare for and complete project audit.

**2)**Dimensions: 36 KT production per annum and highly automated plant leads to increase accountability as compared to other downstream Units. Position is required to manage**Capex, Scrutiny of GL, Bill Passing - Supply, Stores Inventory of**Silvassa unit.**

Taking care of Capex, Scrutiny of GL, Bill Passing - Supply, Stores Inventory. This plant involves realization of 248 Crs excluding metal cost.

Job Challenges: The job position demands keeping account of GL with AP and ensuring proper GL balances, Fixed Assets. The position to ensure and has a direct role of compliances to Bank guarantee, Capex MIS, Audit, IFC, maintain all records related to payable supply bills and store’s inventory.

Scrutiny of GL- Monitoring GL with AP and ensuring proper GL balances
- Ensuring GL & AP is reconciled on monthly basis.

FA - Additions in fixed assets module & uploading JV in books and ensuring accuracy of monthly depreciation.
- Ensuring timely run of FA module including additions & depreciation

Bank Guarantee - Ensuring BG against order & extension wherever required
- Ensuring ABG & PBG is received and released as per PO terms and conditions.

Audit - Preparing & providing inputs to auditor & ensure timely completion.
- Preparing and checking fulfilment of audit compliances and documentation and to ensure audit completion.

IFC - Taking care of internal financial control of Silvassa Extrusion.
- Making sure IFC requirements are met including samples.

Supply & Service Bills Payable - Passing of Supply & Service Invoices for Extrusion Plant.
- Timely passing of bills and vendor payment within due date.

Stores Inventory - Monitoring Stores inventory along with its age and reconciliation with GL
- Needs to ensure stores inventory and age analysis
