Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:
**Strategic Leadership**:Develops and communicates the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and industry shifts to adapt and position the company for success.
Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.

**Operational Excellence**:Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of testing services while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Implement best practices and operational processes to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess company performance and take proactive measures for improvement.

**Client Engagement and Business Development**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
Lead business development efforts, including sales, marketing, and client engagement strategies.

**Regulatory Compliance**:Stay abreast of evolving regulatory standards and requirements in the food testing industry.
Ensure the laboratory's testing methods and processes are compliant with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

**Financial Management**:Develop and manage the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor financial performance, manage costs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.

**Team Leadership and Development**:Provide strong leadership to the management team and staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Mentor and develop employees, identifying opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.
Recruit top talent to strengthen the team's capabilities and drive the company's success.

**Innovation and Technology**:Stay current with advancements in food testing technologies and methodologies, integrating innovation into the company's offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Haryana, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
