**Role description**:
**“The Know” tool Indus Associate**:
**PE - MS 365 operations support**

“The Know” tool is to assist job seekers and hiring companies in our given markets. Our primary constituents are those with whom we would typically engage in the course of our business. This includes finance and accounting, information technology, human resources, administration, legal and compliance, etc., and primarily at the Director, VP and C-suite level.

The associate will be part of Growth team and will drive and support the team’s objective through a variety of value-added projects & activities related to the tool as below:

- Managing and enhancing the “the Know” tool features as per US managers expectations
- Develop other process improvement tools using MS office tools like Power Automate, Sharepoint
- Maintain and support any queries related to the tools
- Support excels and PowerBI reporting for various needs including the “Know” tool
- Dashboard Reporting for RMPs
- Record retirement reporting
- Integrating the tool to our Alumni systems, internal recruiting systems, etc
- Feed the tool to playbooks for PPMDs & BDEs
- Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitating process improvement
- Designing end-to-end solutions that improves collaboration, productivity and knowledge sharing.
- Web Crawler: start to add recruiter sites, diamond companies, etc.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of work experience.
- 2- 3 Years of hands on experience on Office 365, Power platforms and Sharepoint
- Understands data structures and follows coding best practices, e.g. naming conventions, error handling, logging, and commenting, good knowledge on end to end automation analysis and feasibility.
- Experience in developing and delivering MS365 solutions based on microsoft and cloud best practices
- Ability to work in expressions with Power Automate flow and actions like Manipulate strings, working with dates, converting data types, perform logical functions, perform mathematical calculations, perform complex conditional statements
- Understanding of MS adaptive card with use of JSON and array structures
- Ability to perform code readability to understand how the code is implemented and documentation ability to understand the dependencies for the code to run.
- Must be able to perform administration of power automate in admin center, must have hands-on experience and troubleshooting knowledge in power automate, functional knowledge of agile development and tool development lifecycle management principles.
- Power BI and Basics of.Net will be an added advantage.
