- Conduct time studies and gather data on production to determine the most efficient methods and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data collected during time studies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies & areas where productivity can be enhanced.
- Discussing the calculation of time studies with respective departments and finalizing the same.
- Creating and upgrading routings in system (INFOR-LN).
- Updating overhead sheets in the system (INFOR-LN).
- Calculate and track the OEE metric for manufacturing processes.

**Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications**:

- B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/Production)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in time study methodologies, work measurements techniques, and process improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma or KAIZEN.
- Knowledge of Fabrication.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office suite of products.
- Strong Communication.
- Strong time management and analytical skills.
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures
- Must have problem-solving ability.
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Work Ethics: Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done in a timely manner.
- Language: Excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Possess quality orientation, safety focus and sense of urgency in executing responsibilities.
- Proactive as well as detail and results oriented with strong desire to succeed.
