Nursing Incharge

Overall supervision of nursing activities in a ward/critical care unit.
- Manpower planning of nursing staff in your department
- Coordinating with the other administrative departments for smooth functioning of patient care activities.
- Providing Nursing care and Training to junior nurses
- Supervising the staff allocation and providing suggestions for optimum utilization of nursing staff.
- Discussing the issues related to nursing care and nursing staff with the management.
- Monitoring Quality Indicators and providing the information to the appropriate personnel
- Participating and contributing to the discussions related to patient care and other hospital-related through various meetings held.

Qualification:

- GNM, BSc Nursing or higher
- 3+ years of experience

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
