**Role Overview**:
As the Senior Content Writer at BharatAgri, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and engaging content across various digital platforms. From advertising campaigns to social media posts, your creativity and strategic thinking will drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will lead a team of copywriters, ensuring quality and consistency in all written materials while staying abreast of industry trends and audience preferences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop original and impactful content for advertising campaigns, social media platforms, and product-related materials. Your writing will resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message.

**Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough research to understand audience preferences and identify content gaps. Stay updated on trends and insights relevant to rural areas, providing valuable input to enhance our content strategy.

**Content Strategy**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize content pillars and sub-pillars, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Develop and maintain a content calendar to guide timely and consistent communication across channels.

**Editing & Oversight**:Review and edit content produced by junior copywriters, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Provide guidance and support to improve writing style and tone across the team.

**Performance Monitoring**:Track and analyze the performance of content initiatives, measuring ROI and KPIs associated with advertising campaigns, social media engagement, and other content-related activities. Use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.

**Content Governance**: Establish and enforce content governance guidelines, including tone, style, and voice standards. Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and consistency in all content outputs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong research and analytical abilities, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and audience behavior.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of copywriters, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
