CFO India is 1300 FTE organization covering Private Bank, Investment Bank, Corporate Bank CFO Functions, Chief Accounting Office, Group Finance - Business Finance, Accounting Close & Credit Risk, Infrastructure CFO, Treasury & Global Reporting units. It is spread across Mumbai & Pune. Key Responsibilities across these functions include:

- **Your key responsibilities**:

- Lead Finance teams & ensure accurate & timely reporting of Financials.
- Operational management of reporting processes based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), leading a centralized team in the Finance Centers with pockets of on-shore Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Timely and quality assured production of internal and external reports and presentations as well as related ad-hoc analysis in relation to all aspects of reporting
- Management of a robust report lifecycle with a clear mandate to ensure standardized reporting and an authority to reject new superfluous report requests
- Continuous improvement of existing reporting processes to increase efficacy and efficiency within the function as well as for the Bank more broadly
- Establishment of a collaborative environment in which the continuing development of content and proactive improvement of processes and tools is a priority
- Leading large teams & people and manage their career aspirations.
- Drive franchise agenda & people development initiatives.
- **Your skills and experience**:

- 15+ years of rich & diverse experience in Investment Banking industry and an understanding and appreciation of Banking Products, knowledge of accounting & reporting tools.
- Functional expertise & SME in Finance domain.
- Highly numerate, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Conscientious attitude and ability to manage and prioritise workload to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Experience of leading large teams & managing career aspirations of the people
- Ability to influence & manage expectations of senior stakeholders within the organisation
