**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**a. Inventory Management**:
Manage purchase orders, materials received registers (MRR), and stock issue procedures.

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Notes (MIN) through ERP.

Track inventory levels and conduct periodic stock reconciliations.

**b. Store Operations**:
Ensure safe keeping of materials regarding quality and quantity.

Receive and inspect materials upon arrival, reconciling them with purchase orders.

Maintain stock and assets registers and prepare monthly reconciliation reports.

Oversee material issuance, ensuring quantities align with authorized requisition notes.

**c. Site Support**:

- Respond to site material requests and anticipate potential stock issues.
- Coordinate with procurement officers to place material orders when required.

**d. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Ensure all store reports are maintained in both manual and ERP systems.
- Prepare and review daily store function reports and update ERP feeding status.

**e. Safety and Compliance**:

- Implement site / warehouse safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials.
- Inspect and maintain physical conditions of Store/warehouses, equipment, and tools.

**f. Team Management**:

- Supervise staff engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and dispatching materials.
- Train team members and monitor their performance against KPIs.

**Education, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Negotiation, Time Management, Coordination, Data Management, Inventory Management

**Experience**:3 to 5 years on site

**Salary: Up to 4 LPA**

**Accommodation will be provided **

**Yearly Bonus & Leaves **

**Location: Delhi / Kolkata / Ludhiana**

**Industry: Luxury Interiors.**

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
