**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify hiring needs across departments.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with Hiring Managers.
- Provide feedback and support throughout the process.
- Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with HR.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresher to Less than 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- IT recruitment experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
