BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (BTECH)

**Job Description**:

- Carry out Cost Estimation activities for LSTK/ EPC projects in the field of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Fertilizers, etc.
- Study of RFQ document and briefing to Cross Functional team.
- Interaction with internal Cross Functional Teams like Marketing, Engineering, Planning, PMG, SCM, HSE, etc for Pre-Bid Inputs and Clarifications.
- Work Experience in Green or Brown Field Projects involving Multi-Disciplinary Components (Civil, Structure, Piping, Static, Rotary, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc.),
- Receipt of MR’s, BOQ’s, MTO’s for Supply from Engineering and floating enquiries to Vendors as per Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Receipt of MR’s, BOQ’s, MTO’s, Work Volumes for Services and floating enquiries to Sub-Contractors.
- Receiving of Quotes from Vendors and Subcontractors and its Technical Bid Evaluation along with Proposal team.
- Negotiation with Vendors/Subcontractors for Cost Optimisation.
- Attending Pre-Bid Meetings and submitting technical queries to Customer.
- Risk Analysis and arranging Risk Review Meeting.
- Cost Sheet preparation and Review with Senior management.
- Submission of Cost Estimate, Technical Proposal and other related documents required from Customer in close coordination with Cross Functional Team.
- Handover of Technical and Commercial Documents to respective department after receipt of order
- Maintaining Estimate breakup in System.
- Maintaining database of past executed projects for future reference.
- Strong Hands-on experience in MS Office
