**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs, objectives, and challenges. Provide exceptional customer service and be the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

**Needs Assessment**: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to identify their digital marketing and software development requirements. Tailor our solutions to meet their specific needs, ensuring maximum value and return on investment.

**Proposal Preparation**: Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals, presentations, and quotes for digital marketing campaigns and software development projects. Clearly communicate the scope, benefits, and pricing of our services to clients.

**Negotiation and Closing**: Engage in effective negotiation with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Successfully close deals and secure contracts for projects.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and software development. Use this knowledge to position our services effectively and offer innovative solutions to clients.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and progress in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports for management to evaluate performance and strategize future growth.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including the Marketing, Development, and Design departments, to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

**Targets and Goals**: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue and growth objectives of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the digital marketing and software development industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, website development, mobile apps, and software solutions.
- Solid knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, needs assessment, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Technical background or familiarity with software development methodologies and technologies.

**Incentive**: Incentives may be tied to achieving specific sales targets or revenue goals. Depending on the company's policies, the incentive structure might include performance-based commissions or bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,457.29 - ₹52,249.86 per month
