Food Delivery

A reliable delivery partner concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items safely and on time. The delivery partner will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.

Delivery Partner Rules & Regulations
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Following the code of conduct and uniform policy (Should wear the Eatiko delivery uniform and should carry an Eatiko delivery bag)
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
- Picking up order items from the restaurants and delivering them in a safe and timely manner
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Ensuring and collecting delivery collection (COD) of each order and paying each day's COD through UPI/Net Banking/CDM, by the next day morning itself.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers and complaints.
- Maintaining a clean and neat appearance is important. Delivery boys should be well-groomed and practice good personal hygiene.
- Abiding by all terms & conditions and guidelines by Eatiko Requirements
- Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work
- Clean driving record **Vehicle with valid documents**:

- Android smartphone
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Experience may be required or preferred. Delivery Partner Guidelines
- Delivery partner should wear the Eatiko delivery uniform and should carry an Eatiko delivery bag while on duty, practices against the guideline will be strictly penalised.
- Delivery partners should follow the channel of communications guided by the fleet department.
- Ensure the delivery requirements are ready to use with full efficiency while on duty such as delivery vehicle and smartphone.
- During weather conditions, delivery partners might wear additional layers or outerwear, such as rain gear.
- The Delivery Boy should reach the restaurant within 1 to 5 minutes after accepting the order and should complete the order within ETA or 45 Minutes.
- Reach out to delivery care for support regarding any issues with orders.
- Any fraud and delay in paying COD will be strictly punished and there will be legal actions. Delivery partner earnings pay-out will be weekly, every Wednesday.
- Make sure all the customers are satisfied with on-time delivery and excellent communication and customer care.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
